Orders and returns

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Simply contact us at hello@ipayaclub.com to initiate a return.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange an exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Please email hello@ipayaclub.com with a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost.

What sizes do your grip socks come in?

Our grip socks are available in S/M (EU 35-38) and M/L (EU 39-42). Please refer to the size guide on each product page for detailed measurements.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. All Ipaya products are vegan and cruelty-free. We do not use any animal-derived materials.

How do I care for my grip socks?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Air dry to preserve the grip pattern. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners.
